This workshop is for carers/ parents of young people, in particular those who’s year 4 children in Brighton and Hove schools have been involved, or will be, in the classroom session ‘Flo and the Funny Feelings’, raising awareness of mental health. This session in turn is part of the national #IAMWHOLE mental health awareness campaign.
This is a list of training opportunities, workshops and sessions for parents/carers in Brighton and Hove. Courses include supporting parents/carers around their children’s mental health, peer support, programme’s in schools, suicide prevention and workshops around depression and anxiety.
